Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely with 256-bit encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request order changes within 1 hour of placement by emailing support@ManaHive.shop. After this window, most orders enter our processing system and cannot be modified. Pre-orders can be cancelled anytime before shipment.
Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Yes! During checkout, you can select our gift wrapping option (Ā£2.99) and include a personalized message. We’ll wrap your TCG products in premium gift paper and include your note (with no pricing information).
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after shipping. We process orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We plan to expand to EU countries in late 2024.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ManaHive.shop with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
Unopened TCG products in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened trading card products (boosters, boxes) cannot be returned due to the nature of collectibles. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank (typically 3-5 additional business days).
TCG Products
Are your cards authentic?
Absolutely. We source all TCG products directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. Every card we sell is 100% authentic and guaranteed. We have a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeits.
Do you grade card conditions?
Yes, we grade all single cards using the industry-standard condition scale (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, etc.). High-value cards include detailed photos. See our Grading Guide for specifics.
Can I request specific card versions/prints?
For single cards, you can specify edition preferences in the order notes. While we can’t guarantee availability, we’ll always try to fulfill special requests when possible.
