Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All seals, cases, or protective wrapping are intact
- You include all original accessories, boxes, and documentation
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned:
- Opened or used trading card products (booster packs, boxes)
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Gift cards or store credit
The Return Process
1 Contact Us
Email support@ManaHive.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2 Get Approval
We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid return label.
3 Ship Item
Package the item securely using the original packaging if possible. Include all original contents.
4 Receive Refund
Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Refund Details
- Full refunds: Issued for items returned in original condition
- Partial refunds: May be offered for items showing minor wear
- Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error
- Processing time: 3-7 business days after we receive your return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
